Playoffs - Nov 14, 2006
This past weekend brought 2 Football Nanaimo teams further into the playoffs.
Football Nanaimo's Junior Bantam Lions won their game against the Cowichan Bulldogs on home turf, taking them to Victoria's Royal Athletic park this Wednesday evening. Kick off will be at 6:00 p.m. The winning team of this event will go to Salmon Arm for the BCCFA quarter finals.
Football Nanaimo's Bantam Redmen pounced on the Cloverdale Leopards, taking victory on home turf as well. This Sunday, November 19th, will see the Bantam Redmen in the VMFL semi-finals against the North Surrey Tigers. Kick off is at home, Pioneer Park, at 2 p.m.
